With the lack of state and federal funding, non-profit organizations must rely on the private sector for financial support and are using video as an effective vehicle to tell their stories.
Friends of Cal-Ore Fish, Inc. commissioned the production of a 9-minute mini-documentary about the important environmental work being conducted at the Rowdy Creek Fish Hatchery in Del Norte County, California. Produced within the tight budget constraints of the non-profit, the video is a result of the efforts of many talented people who donated a percentage of their time and services to create a powerful plea for people to take individual responsibility for our environment.
